The main asset of TÓTEM Abogados & Asesores, a firm founded in 2013, is undoubtedly the human team that composes it. We speak of a group of highly experienced professionals, specialized in the various aspects of tax advice.
Both José Manuel Gavín Fernández, Marcos Molina Ruiz, Alejandro Donoso Sánchez and Pablo Júlvez Ibáñez work closely together providing joint solutions for each specific situation that may arise.
José Manuel Gavín Fernández
Mr Gavín is specialized in tax advice and tax planning with extensive experience advising companies in the financial sector and large family businesses.
He also has ample experience in tax planning, organization and structuring transactions of businesses and wealth planning.
He has developed most of his career in leading firms as Cuatrecasas and Deloitte.

Collaborating lecturer in the Master in Tax Law at Kühnel Escuela de Negocios.

Mr Molina has extensive experience in advising large national and international company groups and tax planning for reorganizing processes of company groups and in mergers and acquisitions.
He is an expert specializes in defending taxpayers’ rights in a wide range of tax proceedings against public administrations, particularly tax inspections.
Previously he developed his professional career in the international firm Deloitte.

Alejandro Donoso Sánchez
Mr Donoso is tax advisor and economist.
He is specialized in tax planning to family business and its partners and to national and international groups. He has participated in planning processes and reorganizing processes of companies and the analysis and tax planning of the operations.
